Amer Khan

President

Amer is a third-year biology major at the University of Southern California who's interested in molecular biology. He has been researching at the Atherosclerosis Research Unit for four years, dedicating time to learning more about diseases such as HIV. Amer intends to pursue an M.D. after graduating from USC. Furthermore, he would like to educate the public on disease prevention through his research.   When he’s not studying, Amer likes playing basketball, going to the gym, and traveling around the globe.

Joshua Hu

Vice President

Joshua is a third-year Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (HPDP) major with a minor in Health Care studies who plans on pursuing a career in medicine. He is currently an undergraduate researcher at the Geriatrics department in the LAC+USC hospital and enjoys serving the underprivileged in Los Angeles. During his free time, Joshua enjoys spending time reading, weightlifting, and cooking.

Fatima Qureshi

Secretary

Fatima is a second-year Neuroscience student interested pursuing a career in medicine. She is currently a volunteer at the USC Keck Norris Cancer center and has devoted her summers to working with kids with autism spectrum and other behavioral disorders. Fatima is very interested in the application of artificial intelligence to improving healthcare services for society. During her free time, she enjoys biking, reading, and traveling to new places.
